We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Your payment of the price for the goods represents an offer on your part to purchase the goods, which will be accepted to us when we send to you an email that the goods have been sent to you. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to UK Headsets. All prices are exclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of entering information. We will charge your credit account for payment upon receipt of your order unless delivery cannot be fulfilled within 30 days. 11. Returns Policy
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 48 hours to report it to us on 0845 450 8280 or email . Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method. We test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage. 12.
